Purpose
?
Why we are here

At the kick-off we named
your challenges.
Now we work on them.

01We are in the middle of the programme — a good moment to refocus and create momentum.
02Move from identifying challenges to actively working on them and implementing next steps.
03Start preparing for what comes next: external funding, stronger positioning, clearer communication.
04Every team leaves with more energy, more clarity, and concrete next actions.
03
Ground rules
How we will work together

Two days only work
if everyone is in.

01
Be present during all sessions.
02
Step out only for truly important calls.
03
Please do not miss longer parts of the programme.
04
Use the work block for urgent mails, calls and blockers.
05
Ask early — especially on funding, pitch feedback and support.
06
Share openly. Keep feedback constructive and respectful.

13:15
Lunch + work block

This is working time,
not just a break.

01Urgent emails, calls and team coordination — this is the slot for it.
02Clarify the immediate blockers that came up this morning.
03Prepare your questions for the afternoon sessions.
04Come back on time and be fully present afterwards.
09
14:15
Walk & Talk

Get out. Take a walk.
Talk to someone new.

Your task

Find someone who is not in your team — and whom you have not spoken to much yet.

Walk through the city, sit in a park, pick any place that feels good. Roughly 20 minutes. Part breather, part honest exchange.
01What does being a founder currently feel like for you?
02What gives you energy right now — and what drains it?
03What are your biggest stress factors at the moment?
04How have you dealt with them so far?
05Which challenge from the kick-off is still present today?
06What has become easier since the kick-off?
07What did you expect to be hard, but turned out manageable?
08Where do you currently feel stuck?
09What helps you decide when things are uncertain?
10How do you balance urgency with long-term focus?
11What support would help you most right now?
12What is one thing you want to do differently after the bootcamp?
10

Workshop 01
Self-perception & external perception

The gap between
sent and received.

What we think
we send

The message you believe you are putting into the room — in a pitch, a customer call, a hiring conversation, a team meeting.

What others
actually receive

The message that lands. Rarely identical. The distance between the two is where pitches fail and teams misunderstand each other.

Why it mattersPitching, leadership, communication, sales, team development — all of it runs through this gap.
15
Workshop 02
02
Stress management

Handling pressure is
a founder skill.
Not a side topic.

01Recognise your stress patterns early — before they make decisions for you.
02Understand what pressure does to decisions, communication and team dynamics.
03Learn tools to stay operational and reflective when it gets loud.
04Connect all of it to long-term founder performance — this is a long game.
